Installation requirements

The device will be delivered in a 40 ft. container containing 14 packages. The maximum weight of a single package is 2006kg. The distributor should provide forklift, pallet trucks or other suitable equipment capable of moving this weight.

Door width to the site must be a minimum of 1.6 metres wide and 2.5 metres high. The ceiling height in the room must be a minimum of 2.7 metres.

Care should be taken that the foundation slab has a minimum thickness of 150mm reinforced under the gantry and treatment bed, where loadings are 2500kg and 1250kg respectively.

It should be noted that the total weight of the treatment bed, gantry, workstation and high-frequency generator is 3400kg.

Power supply must be to an electrical distribution board which has a minimum rating of 63 amps. Power rating of the HIFU machine is 12.5kVA 3-phase neutral and low impedance earth. An earth reference terminal is required for the operating room.

Water requirements are normal mains pressure with 1 x 1/2" connection and 1 x 3/4" connection.

The device is designed for an operating environment with an ambient temperature range of 10-40^oC, a maximum humidity of 75%.

The installation requires a dedicated 24-hour data transmission line to the device.
